We offer high quality products and a comprehensive and extensive range of warranties. To ensure these warranties are maintained for the duration of the warranty period it is essential that good housekeeping and basic maintenance procedures are carried out. Below are highlighted these requirements to ensure the warranties are not compromised.
10 Year Plastic Warranty
All the PVCU profiles used in the manufacture of our window and door ranges are guaranteed for 10 years against discolouration and structural degradation.
Aftercare
All the PVCU profiles used in the manufacture of our window and door ranges should be cleaned regularly with warm soapy water. It is aceptable to periodically use a very light abrasive cleaner (as used for acrylic baths) for the removal of ingrained dirt and grease. This cleaning material however should not be used frequently. Roof glazing material should be regularly cleaned accordingly.
10 Year Conservatory Roof Warranty
Full 10 year warranty on conservatory roof components based on quality of installation, general wear and tear and usage in accordance with manufacturers guidelines.

All conservatory roof components used in the manufacture of our conservatories should be cleaned regularly with warm soapy water. All the insulated glazing units used in the manufacture of our product ranges are guaranteed for 10 years against the hermetic seal failing.
Aftercare
Glass should be cleaned with a proprietary glass cleaning liquid or soapy and clean water. Care should be taken when cleaning resin bead and coloured areas.
1 Year Fittings Warranty
All fittings, locks and ironmongery used in the product range are
guaranteed for 1 years against manufacturing fault failure.
Aftercare
All moving parts should be lightly oiled regularly and door
locks oiled where indicated on the lock face. All moving and visible parts
on espagnollettes should be wiped with a lightly oiled cloth a minimum of
twice per annum. Handles should be cleaned using the same procedure as for
the PVCU profiles. NOTE: As the commonest fault of locking mechanism failure
is due to poor aftercare the above should be strictly adhered to or your warranty
could become invalid.
REGENCY GLASS
Regency Glass are specialists in all types of hermetically sealed units and tempered safety products.
Regency Glass was formed in 1983 and is a totally owned family business.
The factory in Leigh, Lancashire employs over 80 people and produces hermetically sealed double glazing units, which includes tempered safety glass for the domestic and commercial markets.
REHAU PVCu PROFILES
PVCu is the compound that fits in with people's busy lives today, and now, with the developments taking place over recent years, customers no longer have to compromise aesthetics for performance.
The PVCu profile used in ATOG Home Improvement windows and doors has much softer lines and curves previously enjoyed by people with wooden windows. However, what only PVCu customers can appreciate is the low maintenance and high performance ratings achieved by PVCu.

Espagnolette Locking mechanism dependant on sash size up to 6 points
of locking. Conforms to BS7950.
Handles:
White powder coated die cast zinc alloy. Push release key to lock. Non locking handles fitted to fire escape windows.

Lock Mechanism:
Maco 2 hook, 2 roller multipoint lock with deadbolt and centre latch. Meets MLA ABI requirements.
Handles:
White powder coated die cast zinc alloy handle (standard). Push release key to lock. Lacquered Gold also available (extra).
Door Cylinder:
6 pin anti pick in nickle plate or brass.
